Chilcano

  • 2 oz. of Pisco De la Motta
  • 1/4 oz. of fresh lime juice
  • 3 drops of angostura bitters
  • Ginger Ale
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 slice of lime

Mix the Pisco with the fresh lime juice in a mixed-drink glass. Add the ice cubes and top it with ginger ale. Finally, add the drops of Angostura bitter and decorate with the lime slice.
