Pisco sour

  • 3 oz. of Pisco De la Motta
  • 1 oz. of sugar syrup or 3/4 oz. of white sugar
  • 1 oz. of fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Angostura bitters

Mix the pisco, the fresh lime juice, the sugar syrup and the ice cubes in a blender for 20 seconds. Add the egg white and blend for 10 seconds. Serve and decorate with Angostura bitters.
